House Reef is a premier dive site off Koh Phi Phi in Krabi’s stunning Andaman Sea. Located in the Indian Ocean, this accessible reef offers an ideal mix of vibrant marine biodiversity and excellent visibility.
Divers encounter colorful coral formations, including hard and soft corals that create a thriving underwater ecosystem. Marine life sightings include tropical fish schools, angelfish, parrotfish, groupers, snappers, and occasionally rays gliding across the sandy bottom. Hawksbill and green sea turtles are frequently spotted among the coral gardens.
The reef features depths ranging from 5-18 meters (16-60 feet), making it suitable for divers of all experience levels. The shallow sections provide perfect training grounds for beginners, while deeper areas satisfy intermediate and advanced divers seeking more challenging exploration.
Currents are typically mild to moderate, with good visibility averaging 15-25 meters during optimal conditions.
