Siaba Kecil, located in Komodo National Park within the Flores Sea, offers an exceptional diving experience for intermediate to advanced divers. This site features dramatic underwater topography with steep walls, rocky outcrops, and sandy slopes descending to depths of 40 meters or more.
Divers encounter vibrant coral gardens, including soft and hard corals, alongside diverse marine life. The site is renowned for encounters with sharks, rays, and large pelagic fish species, particularly during incoming currents. Schools of fusiliers, snappers, and groupers are commonly observed, while smaller reef inhabitants include nudibranchs, crustaceans, and colorful reef fish.
The challenging currents and depth make Siaba Kecil suitable for experienced divers. Visibility typically ranges from 15-30 meters, varying with seasonal conditions and tidal movements.
