Ocean Side in Himmafushi, North Male Atoll, is an excellent dive site featuring dramatic outer-wall topography and vibrant coral formations. Located in the Kaafu Atoll of the Maldives, this Indian Ocean destination caters to intermediate and advanced divers.

Divers descend along a steep reef wall reaching depths of 20-40 meters, where visibility typically ranges from 15-30 meters. The site showcases healthy hard and soft corals, including table corals and sea fans that dominate the landscape.

Marine life encounters are abundant and diverse. Expect to see reef sharks, tuna, jacks, and barracuda patrolling the blue water. Smaller species include groupers, fusiliers, and various reef fish species. Octopuses and nudibranchs inhabit the coral crevices, while eagle rays and occasional manta rays visit during peak seasons.

Strong currents are common, making this site best suited for experienced divers. The dynamic conditions create excellent pelagic action and an unforgettable underwater experience in the Maldives.
