Boahura Express is a thrilling dive site in Meemu Atoll, Maldives, located in the Indian Ocean. This dynamic reef features strong currents that attract abundant pelagic marine life, making it ideal for experienced divers seeking action-packed underwater encounters.

Divers explore a vibrant coral-covered reef characterized by steep drop-offs and channels carved by powerful water flow. The site typically reaches depths of 5-40 meters, with the most dramatic features found along the outer wall. Visibility is generally excellent, ranging from 15-30 meters depending on conditions.

Expect encounters with reef sharks, tuna, barracuda, and other large pelagics that cruise the channels. Schools of jacks and fusiliers are common, alongside colorful reef fish and healthy hard coral formations. Manta rays occasionally appear during seasonal currents.

Due to its strong currents and depth profile, Boahura Express is best suited for intermediate to advanced divers with good buoyancy control. Drift diving techniques are essential.
